Folger: Herewith, in quadruplicate, executed on behalf of Las Vegas Land and Water Company, agreement with United States of America, Navy Department, dated January 1, 1949, covering furnishing of water to U. S, Naval Reserve Training Center, Las Vegas. After the agreement has been executed by the U. S. A., will you please return the signatory counterpart marked "Original for LVL&WCo." to me for further handling. Appreciate if you can also obtain and send me six unexecuted copies of the agreement.
