Charleston Gentlemen: We received your letter of May 6, 1953a advising that we owed you for water from October, 1952 through April, 19533 in the amount of $58.45, and that the monthly rate is now $8.35, due on the first of each month. As you know, we made a payment of just under $800.00 for water in September, 1952, supposedly for cooling water for refrigeration. We made the payment, but under protest as we have a cooling tower at subject location which permits the water to be used over and over again, and we felt that this fact should be taken into consideration. We were later told that until the rate for cooling water was definitely established, that we would not be billed for water at this location. Has this rate now been established Is the above amount of $58.45 a charge for water without consideration for any cooling water for refrigeration?
