The above rates for commercial service apply only when equipped with recirculating system. When not equipped with recirculating system, the rate per 1,000 gallons shall be four times the rate when equipped with recirculating system. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That if said rates are approved by the Commission the same shall be retroactive to May 1, 1953; and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That the Las Vegas Land and Water Company is authorized to refund any overcharges and waive any undercharges for this type of service which may have occurred prior to the effective date of this order. For Ice Making Machines A rate not to exceed 10^ per 1,000 gallons of water per month, based upon thirty gallons of water per hour per ton per eight-hour day to apply for the full year.
