Scott ORDER Pursuant to the foregoing opinion, which is hereby referred to and made a part hereof, IT IS ORDERED That the Las Vegas Land and Water Company shall, within thirty (30) days from the date of this order, file with the Commission an amended Rate Number 21 for air conditioning, refrigeration and ice making in accordance with the following: Commercial For refrigeration and air conditioning, a rate not to exceed icy per 1,000 gallons of water per month, based upon five gallons of water per ton of ice per hour for the period of sixteen hours per day, thirty days per month for the summer season, May to September, inclusive.
