Bear Sir: Referring to your J-76 of April 29th and my reply B-30, regarding ordinance passed by City of Las Vegas to curtail mat e of water: Enclosed is a newspaper clipping from the Las Vegas He view-Journal, outlining the action taken by the Gity Commission at their meeting of May 4th. Shis is not exactly what we wanted, because they omitted any reference to the hours of the day .during *hieh lawns may be sprinkled, but nevertheless it should be of considerable benefit to us in prohibiting the useless waste of water during the coming Summer months.
