Audit Ho. 254061, issued October 2nd 1936, against the Las Vegas Land and Water Company in the amount of $78.43 cover- 'ing material used by the Brag,Line. 5?his m e apparently sent me for approval and voucher, which I believe was sent in error, as the gas ollne was used by the dragline while woning on railroad property cleaning the ditch from the reservoir east. It was ray understanding that the .later Company would furnish two helpers to work,with the drag-line, fetch we did, and that the balance of the expense would be absorbed by the ra ilroad c orapany* Will you please advise if ray understanding is correct, ao that I raay request the Auditor to cancel this bill against us.
