Since writing you by air mail this morning, I received a telegram from Mr, Mann this afternoon, quoted in attache), authorising us to proceed, with the work of restoring Well #3 to its normal flow, I have asked Mr. Bennett to prepare the letter of agreement necessary in order to permit free transportation of the well driller*® rig, and am handling with the Rosooe Moss company to get their fig and men ready to come out to Las Vega® and handle this work promptly.
