She Interstate Commerce Commission examiners, in checking our returns to valuation order No. 3, have requested that I furnish them a statement showing the relative amount of water used at Las Vegas from the LMSLBE water supply for railroad purposes and that used for other purposes for the three years 1933 to 1935, inclusive, I have in my file a statement for the year 1930, which is included in the opinion of the Public Service Commission of Nevada, in matter of increased rates filed by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, which shows water used during the year 1930 as follows; Bailway Company, including Pacific Freight Express 283,325,825 gal. - 32.75$ Las Vegas Land & Water Company 581,867,800 gal. - 67,25# Total 865,193,625 gal. - 100.00% Similar information for the years 1933; 1934*and 1935, separately, will answer the purposes of the I. 0# C. examiners.
