Los Angeles, August 38, 1929, 9215-S-W Mr. W. /• Armstrong, Mr. R**« Adamson, Mr. # R« Bracken*- Mr. ^arlos Adams; I am enclosing, for your file, copy of agreement /between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, covering easement in favor of latter company to oarry water through Railroad Company's water pipe lines from Las Vegas springs, artesian well and other sources to a connection with the pipe line of L V L and W Company in the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to which contract audit Ho. 7323 has been assigned. An additional copy is being sent Mr. Armstrong for the Superintendent.
