Dear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter under date of October 17th in reference to water consumption of the ice plant here at Las Vegas. I be|| to herewith enclose you a letter re­ceived from H. T. thyte, Chief Engineer of the F.F.2S. Company, which is self-explanatory. I believe it would be well for us to allow Mr. Whyte to execute his inten­tions aa set forth in his letter sad try it out for a year; if at that time it is not satisfactory to our Company, we can then take the matter up with them again in regard to sinking a well and furnishing their own water.
