In Mr. Reinhardt 9s letter of October 16, 1839 me R-G?0-42 to Mr. Jeffers, On November 9, 1939 Mr. Ashby9* tslegra® H4 to Mr. Brack***, with copy to Mr. Reinhardt, stated “We are ready to proceed with the purchase of the land when It ©an be acquired to good advantage also to go ahead with the other lssprove- mm%8 la order they are most needed, as reoe»srtd- ed fe, Greene#s recent report.* and purchase of 200 acres of additional land was authorised by WG153?(AFE41) approved Kovember 8, 1939. On November 18, 1939 Mr* Bracken wrote nr. Ashby In part as folios® “I concur in Mr. Reinhardt9s and «p. aree«e*s recommendations that this property should without a doubt be acquired by our Company for protection net only to our new well, but also to our other wells and springs which He Just south and west of these forty acres, and in line with the sub* terranean flow or underground channel which cub* crops in a north and south line as shewn on lap No.6 of Mr, Greene *s report.
