Bracken September - 1910 *fhat at least* #13,745*92 has been expended in—ooaple- tlon of said works and at the expense of the applicant* Improvements consisted of i “drilling well at point of diversion to a depth of 80C feet and casing inside with 82 feet of 16*, 525 feet of 10 3/4* and 311 feet of 8 5/8* easing! also 894*6 feet of 12* transits cast Iron pipe connecting top of well with settling basin; also concrete weir box; also control valves on easing and were made at the point of diversion** •Said improvements were begun prior to January 25, 1941 and were completed prior to January 25, 1944** Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No* 10458) does not contain statement of coat of improvements.
