    SENATE BILL No. 93 INTRODUCED BY SENATORS LOOMIS AND BAKER March '4,1947 Referred to Committee on Public Health. To amend an act entitled “An act defining public utilities, providing for the regulation thereof, creating a public service commission, ' defining its duties and powers, and other matter's relating thereto,” approved March 28, 1919, as amended. The People of the State of Nevada, represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: 1 Section 1. Section 13 of the above-entitled act, being 2 section 6112 of 1929 N. C. L., 1931—1941 Supplement, is 8 • ' to the supply of the product or service rendered by any 3 hereby amended to read as follows: 4 ‘ Section 13. __ The commission may, when necessary, ascer- 5 tain and prescribe for each kind of public utility adequate, 6 convenient, and serviceable standards for the measurement 7 of quality/ pressure, voltage, or other conditions pertaining 9 public utility, and prescribe reasonable regulations for the 10 examination and testing of such products or service and for 11 the measurement thereof. Any consumer, user or party 12 served may have the quality or quantity of the product 13 or the character of any service rendered by any public 14 utility tested upon the payment of fees fixed by the commis- old law to be omitted. Explanation—-Matter in italics is new; matter in brackets [ ] is
