Meters for experimental use at Las Vegas. Los Angeles, Cal,, October 16, 1909, Mr,Walter R.Bracken,' Agent, Las Vegas, Kevada. Lear Sir: I have ordered four 5/8" Trident meters sent to Las Vegas, and wish to have one put in your house, one in Mr,Heaton's and one for some store, and the other one put in a saloon. You may use your own judgment whose store and whose saloon the meters may he connected, I have also made arrangements with a representative of the Ueptune Meter Company to send a man to Las Vegas with proper tools and connections to see that the meters are properly placed, and wish you would arrange at once with Mr.Lundholm, or whoever it is in charge of the pipe-fitters, to he ready when the man ar­rives Tuesday on train 2, so that he will not have to stay any longer than it is absolutely necessary. This man has charge of the setting of meters for the Water Department of the City of Los Angeles, and we are sending him there for the particular purpose of seeing that these meters are properly set, and so that you and those who do the work here-
