Pear Sir: Repliying to your letter under date of July 24, in refer* ence to the meter owned by Matuccei in block 5, lot 9, I would say that since the building burned on this lot, there.is nothing thereon but a little shack occupied by one family and Matuccei has said that he did not care to have the meter repaired until such time as the owner would re-build, and, as the present water rate is complied with, I have not compelled him to do this. ?
