M, Gpry! •Referring to your letter September 8 with which you transmitted notice from State Engineer regarding requirement to' file on or before September 29 “Proof of Application of Mater to Beneficial Use" in connection with applications 10867-10870, whloh cover Wells Sloe, 7, 8, 9 and lo* I return herewith the notice, dated September 3, and also the forms which have been filled out, signed and notarised* Carbon copies are attached for your file. In transmitting these to the State Engineer (which should be done in order to reach him by September 29), will you kindly remind him that we filed with hi8 office the original tracing prepared by and sworn to by State Water-Right Surveyor S. 0, Rathbun, under d^te of October 27* 19^* showing points of diversion and location of usage; and ask him if this will serve the purpose. Since that time there has, of course, been no change in the point of diversion; however, since completion of the new reservoir (Reservoir #2) on Charleston Boulevard, we ih&ve trained the production of Wells 9 and 10 into the new reservoir and have taken up the old transmission main between Wells 10, 9 and 8 that formerly led to the old resort voir.
