Governor Clifford Jones for lease on 60 acres of Union Pacific lands to he used as an exercise track for race horses: You may advise Mr. Jones that the matter is being given consideration, hut that in view of the uncertainties of the Land % Company's position due to the formation of the Water District, it will he necessary to refer this matter to Omaha for their consid^ eration.
