    Regis­tration of cor­pora­tions Ho ele­ction without regis­tration Poll Hooks, regula­tion of Duties of la- epeo- tora A clerks -7- The president or vice proaldont of a qualified eorporation may raglatar in its behalf, or any othor poraon may register on behalf of auoh oorporatlon upon being duly authorized by the preaident or vice president thereof in writing, fho registrar shall require registrants on behalf of a corporation to take the following oath, In substance! *1 m over the age of twenty-one years, and the (president or vloe president) of (naming the oorporatlon), or have been duly authorized in writing to regia ter on behalf of (naming the oorpora­tlon); that said corporation Is organized under or hae qualified tinder the Xawe of Hevada to transact business therein, and is the holder of real property within the bound­aries of the Las Vegas valley water district.# Ho election for any purpose except for organization shall be held in such water district without such registration, and only electors duly registered shall be entitled to vote thereat; provided, however, that if an eleotor has voted at the last preoeedlng district election, whether special or general, and Is still eligible, he shall not be required to register in order to vote at the next succeeding election, but before he shall be permitted to vote at such election, if he shall not have reregistered therefor, he shall be required to take and subscribe the registration oath before the board of election, on a for® provided by the district, as evidence of his con­tinued eligibility. In all poll books and lists of registered electors prepared for any election hereunder, the names of electors who have registered or reregistered for suoh election shall be dis­tinguished from the names of those who voted at the last pre­ceding district election, but who have not so registered or rer«gistered#bgr the letter H enclosed in parentheses placed before each of the names of the former and the omission thereof in connection with the names of the former and the omission thereof in connection with the names of the latter. Registration of voters for any regul&r or special election shall close on the Wednesday preceding such election. The regis­tration oath may be taken before the registrars or deputy registrars, any member of an election board, or any officer authorized by lav to administer oaths. All oaths taken before the election board shall be by them preserved and returned with the ballots. Seo. ?. Bator* opening the polls each inspector and eaoh clerk must take and subscribe to an oath to faithfully per­form the duties imposed upon him by law. Any eleotor of the precinct may administer and certify suoh oath. Vacan­cies securing the progress of the election may be filled by the remaining inspector or inspectors, and any inspector of election may administer and certify oaths. The time of ppenlng and closing the polls, the manner oS/^on^ ducting the election, canvassing and announcing the result, the keeping of the tally list, and the making and certifying of such result, and the disposition of the ballots after election, shall be the same, as near as may bo, as provided for el sot lone (Senate 1111 Ho.
