AN ACT Authorizing cities, towns, and unincorporated towns governed by. boards of county commissioners to construct, acquire, extend, or improve revenue producing public utilities and to issue revenue bonds and revenue refunding bonds -payable.' solely from the: income derived from such utilities, providing for the payment and Security of such bonds, fixing other details pertaining to the ; authorization, issuance tEfid payment o’f. such bonds, and provid- : ing the manner in which the legality of such bonds may be con­gested. Tfre People of the'State of Nevada,represented in Senate and Assembly, do enact as follows: . 1 Section 1. '• Any city or town in the State of Nevada, 0 ?
