The above and foregoing Ordinance was first proposed and read by title to the Board of City Commissioners on the 22nd day of July, 19^8, and referred to the following committee composed of Commissioners__________Clark and Whipple_______________________ for recommendation: thereafter and said committee reported favor- ably on the said Ordinance on the 6th day of ______August________, 19^8, which was the next regular meeting and said Board of City Commissioners; that at said regular meeting held on the 6th______ day of August 19^-8, the proposed Ordinance was read in full to the Board of City Commissioners as first introduced and adopted by the following vote: Voting "Aye"; Commissioners ________________Clark.
