Re-appraisement of lots las Vegas. los Angeles, Cal., April 6, 1911. Mr.Walter R.Bracken, Agent, las Vegas, Devada. Dear Sir: Relative to the new schedule of prices for lots at las Vegas: lot 5, in block 19, is appraised at $1,000.00; lots 7 and 8, in the same block, at $800.00 each. In the schedule which I have presented to the Executive Committee I show the prices of these lots as above, and the question has been asked whether lot 5, which is only two lots away from Do.7 and on the same street, is worth $200,00 more. Please advise what reply I can make to the Commitrtee, and giving reasons for the extra value on lot 5. Yours truly, Vice President & Auditor.
