Dear Sir: Referring to your letter of April twenty-fifth, on the subject of disposing of lots in block 17: I have to advise that it has been decided not to sell any of these lots in block 17 at the present time, but that they be held at the original price of $>500.00 for inside lots and $>750.00 for corners. This for the reason^that if the liquor business can be re- stricted to'the blocks originally provided for it, these lots will be in demand at those figures, or even more.
