Block 13, the few lots which we have left therein, are as good as any of the unsold lots. Blocks 14 anu 15 v;o own nothing. Block 16, habitants of that ki the Redlight District, with nothing but inch located thereon, both white and Mexicans. Block 18, we own nothing. Block 19, there has boon no demand for those lots and lot 6 improved with | large storeroom 85 x 100 feet, sold last weel for ilOOO. $fe handled the deal through the bank. Blocks 21 and 22 we own nothing. Blocks 83, 24, 86, and 26 the 64 Oomoany houses are construe ted t hercon. Block 87 and l?8 nr c not r.uoh improved. Block | 2'i ), 30 | 31 and 32 wo own nothing. Block 33 very good lots but on the last street of the Block 34 and 35 we own nothing. Block 36 the few lots therein are good and should sell readily for reduced price. Blocks 39 and 40 at the extreme southeast corner of Townsite with no road improvements or no curbing. This I believe is a brief description of the Townsite as it actually stand© today. Yours truly
