I agree.Las Vegas - January 4, 1945 W 1-1-2-B Mr. Frank Strong: Supplementing my letter December 29 regarding water service acreage sold the Last Frontier and subsequently acquired by C. A. Huffy. In accorance with your telephone request last night we have prepared an estimate covering cost of material only and are sending same herewith. At Mr. McNeil's suggestion we provided an 8" covering through which the smaller diameter pipe can pushed underneath the track. He said he expected to obtain a pipe jack in Los Angeles and would confer with you Friday. If there is any difficulty in obtaining the equipment, we can handle the job here ourselves. Will be glad to have your opinion as to who should assume the cost of this extension. As you know our rules provide that the Water Company will make no extensions at Its own cost in excess of 50' and I do not want to set a precedent for breakdown of Rule 9-A. / WALTER R. BRACKEN
