April 26th, 19^6 File: I-7 3 3 I Independent Plumbing Company, 1621 Fremont Street, Las Vegas, Nevada Gentlemen: Attached please find one print each of Drawing No. A-73^* revised April 26th, 1948, showing Plan and Profile of proposed 8 Inch sanitary sewer in North Main Street at Las Vegas, Nevada, together with one sot of Specifications dated April 2 6 th, 1948. You are hereby invited to submit on or before May 1 5 th., 1948, a lump sum proposal for construction of pro­posed sewer on the following basis: Contractor to furnish ail labor, material, tools, equipment, supervision and other facilities required to con­struct a complete line of sewer in accordance with the above mentioned Plans and Specifications. The engineering, alignment and grade stakes will be set by the City of Lae Vegas. Permits and inspection fees, if any, should be Included in your proposal. You will be required to carry Workmen’s Compen­sation and Public Liability & Property Damage insurance with an insurance company designated by the owner. You will also be required to furnish a bond for the full amount of your pro­posal. Cost of premiums on above insurance and bond will be borne by the owner.
