Mr. W. R. Bracken: Referring to my S-13^ date. Ordinarily we would not permit filing of subdivision map until contract for purchase is executed by the other parties. In this case, however, if you will secure a letter from Messrs. Clark, Cahlan and Grant indicating that the purchase price of $500.00 per acre is acceptable and will be paid in full upon delivery of deed containing reservations and restrictions similar to the deed furnished for the acres and which may be pertinent to this proposal, and that they will execute, upon presentation, contract for construction of water mains in form similar to the agreement of February 17, 19^2, it will be satisfactory for Subdividers to proceed with filing subdivision map. Three prints showing data developed by survey, and the pencil sketch of the subdivision which you furnished me, are enclosed herewith. Los Angeles - April IS, 1 9 ^ 2 1-733^ FranJs^^rong
