Am just in receipt of approval from New York office. Will you, therefore, continue the negotiations with the parties you have in mind, and secure from them, in writing, their definite proposal. Referring also to our recent conversation, in which we discussed the possibility of securing a greater figure per lot than was originally proposed. Will you please endeavor to follow this out to a conclusion.
