I agree.m Omaha, July 6, 1941. 311-2 Mr. W. R. Bracken: Referring to your letter of June 29th and previous correspondence, concerning sale of acreage on North Main Street, Las Vegas. Mr. Hulsizer has furnished me some information indicating the value of certain of the property involved is considerable more than $500 per acre, certain other parts is less than $500, averaging about $532 per acre for the entire 92.8 acres, which he estimates is included in the tracts under discussion. I suggest that Mr. Adams, who I understand is now trying to get a description of the parcel desired,' undertake to negotiate the sale of this land to these people to best advantage, giving consideration to the value according to the locations of the portions they desire. It is pointed out also that it will be necessary for us to reserve right of way for Las Vegas Creek through the property and that we reserve all water and mineral rights, and these, together with other conditions and restrictions previously discussed, must be insisted upon. /YoiV V& VA C'TT
