(f) Easement to the State of Nevada for Clark Avenue underpass drainage; (g) Easement in favor of the City of Las Vegas for sanitary sewer line; (h) License in favor of Southern Nevada Power Company, for pole line paralleling North Main Street; (i) Reservation of an easement for water lines along the prolongation of the alley between Main and First Streets in Clark*a Las Vegas Townslte, and also for m pipe line running from the last mentioned pipe line easterly toward the southwest corner of "Stewart burial plot"; 111 Subject to easement to Southern Nevada Power Company along the north edge of said tract; (k) Reservation of easement for the ditch carrying water from the Creek to the "Stewart burial plot". RestrictIons (ft) The area shall be restricted to commercial and residence use - no manufacturing; (b) Mo residence or business building to be erected in the tract at a cost of less than #3500*00, not Including cost of ground; (e) Streets and alleys to be dedicated for public use; (d) No lot or parcel thereof to be sold until Grantees have constructed, at their own expense, laterals for the distribution of water throughout the subdivided area. 5.
