Las Yegas, Nevada Dear Mr. Bracken: Referring farther to question of sale of land at Las Yegas on North 1st Street now occupied by cabins belonging, to a number of our employes, last referred to in your letter of August 18, 1943, to Mr. Titus; I am now asked to determine definitely where these cabins will be moved to upon the expiration of one year after the property is sold to Mr. Oahlan. Our people apparently want to get this definitely determined now ana avoid friction and comolaint later on. I notice your letter of August 18 states that if the cabins are removed in a year from now, it will not be on company ground, but onto ground purchased by the above named parties. If that is correct, do you know the land they have in mind offeredfor lease to our conductors and engineers, what the terms of the lease will be, and what it Yours truly, , 111 . m will cost?
