I agree.Laa Vegas - March 22, 19**6 W 1-1-2 Mr* Frank Strong: Contractor Olaf Nelson Is actively engaged in widening Bonanza Road from Main Street east In front of the Biltmore Hotel. The plan contemplates construction of a clover leaf bridge over the Las Vegas Creek, one leg of which will run east to 5;fh .Street and the other south into 2nd Street. Vhen this is done the sub-dividers to whom we sold the acreage in Biltmore Addition, Clark, G&hlan and Grant, intend to develop their holdings along either side of North 2nd Street. Do you have a copy of a print you can send me showing the bearing of the Las Vegas Creek in this looation between Biltmore Addition and Parkview Addition. They are under the impression that we changed the course of the Creek after sale of the Acres, but I recall tills was done before that time and this is confirmed by the deed, December 13* 19^1* as reference is made therein to *an easement for the flow of water of Las Vegas Creek In part along and through the natural course of s&ld creek across said land and In part along and through the presently situated ditch ~ across said lapd". i A.
