Dear Sir: Acknowledging receipt of your letter of November 30th. with enclosed deed, Audit No. 2682, in duplicate, covering piece of ground sold to J. G. Laravey. Deed has been dated as of December 10th, 1923, full amount of purchase price, which is #300.00, has been collected add remitted on our usual Eorm 6, and deed delivered to Mr. Laravey. The correction in the description of the property as referred to in your letter of November 30th and former letter, was properly corrected by Secretary C. P, Smith before delivery of deed.
