BRACKEN, AGT., * LAS VEGAS, NEV. •..Sale of Land - Las Vegas... August 26, 1913, Mr. Walter R. Bracken, Agent, Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Las Vegas, Nevada, Dear Sir:- Mr. Griffith called on me today and said that the City was. considering asking us to sell_them ten to twenty acres of land along the Greek east of the present townsite for use as a public parky I told him that we would give consideration to any proposition he cared to make and told him he had better confer with you about it as we would be governed very largely by your recommendation, and he said he would see you about it on his return. I told Mr. Griffith that it would be out of the question for us to undertake to furnish water for use on any ground outside the original townsite. Yours truly, HCN-VAC. A
