Las Vegas, Nevada, May 19th, 1918. Mr* W. H* Comstock, A ot. Gen’l M anager, Los Angeles, California* Dear Sir:- If you so approve, I have sold for cash to Mr. John S. Park, a plot of ground 200 ft x 130 ft deep just across 5th Street from Block 34 as marked upon attached map, purchase price $1600.00 cash, or in other words, if this ground were plotted same as on west side of 5th Street, it would amount to $200*00 per lot* M r. Park recently sold his residence in Block 34 and wishes to now construct himself and his son a home on this ground and same will he immediately improved with two of the hest residences every built in Las Vegas, and I would like very much to have the sale go through* Will you kindly advise at once as Mr. Park is very anxious to get started on the proposition* :V". , '7.^' Yours truly, cc Mr. J* Ross C lark.
