    T itle to certain lands at Las Vegas, Nevada Los Angeles, January 21,1930* 1272 Mr, W.R. Bracken, Las Vegas,Nevada. Your letter of January 19th: The SE£ of Section 27, T. 20 S., R. 6l E., at Las Vegas excepting therefrom the four-acre Stewart burial grounds plot, was conveyed July 2,1903 by W.A.Clark to S.P.L.A.&.S.L. R.R.Co.(Deed Audit No.803). The Railroad Company, on May 8, 1905(Deed Audit No. 828) conveyed said property, except the por­tion thereof westerly of a line parallel with and 50 feet easter­ly from the center line of its main track, to Las Vegas Land and Water Company. The three-cornered piece of land to which you refer is described in the exception last above named, and is owned by the Railroad Company. The remainder of said SEi+ is owned by the Water Company except as to the part thereof noted in the Stewart burial plot , and subject, of course, to its conveyance to various parties. Chari ams.
