F. M. and M. tract, according to the report of A. M. Smith, state engineer, ana C. B. Sexton. [ chairman'of the public service j commission, who are, spending a ; few days in Las Vegas. The water company'bought the necessary eight-inch pipe for the system and distributed it on; thd ground some time ago, Smith re- j ports,, but trenching work has I been delayed because the city board, has been unable to get all right of' Way easements necessary.
