F ------—-----------— Henceforth, WPB announced, I the utilities must draw on their j excess stocks for such supplies, j purchasing from other utility com- * | panies.,if necessary. Further, WPB directed, no new housing project' may be started f I unlejs plans for extension of all .utilities services — including gas and water as well as electricity^^'.
