Dear Sir: I am in receipt of copy of Mr. Barry's letter of January 30, 1920, addressed to Mr. Comstock, in regard to separator installed in packing house at Riverside for the Sutherland Fruit Co. Lease provides that interest at the rate of 10$ per annum be charged on all expenditures for additions & betterments. Separator was installed January 24,1917, at a cost of $565.00. Above letter advises that you suggest charging inheres from time capital charge was taken to account, which was December, 1919; while under the lease we are entitled to this revenue from January 24, 1917. Kindly advise from what date you desire interest charged as I had heretofore instructed Mr. Barry to make bill from January 24, 1917.
