Sear Sir,- Referring to Mr. Hutt'o joint favor of the 24th instant ? herewith correspondence relative to Installing some new machinery in the packinghouse at .Ontario for Mr. Latimer, at an expense of probably 04,000.00, on which he will pay down 80$, and give his note for 5 years with interest at 5 c on the balance; and moving the machinery from the Ontario house over to the West Riverside house of the Sutherland Fruit Company, on which they will pay us 10$ interest. You will note the Sutherland people expect to ship about fifty ears of oranges this year, and Mr. Latimer, at Ontario, about 200 cars.
