Dear Sir: Replying to your letter July 28th, and returning herewith all correspondence and Form 50, Los Angeles Division No. 913, with reference to expenditures on account of fruit packing house at Riverside leased to Mr. J. R. Westfall, referred to in Mr. Nutt's joint letter July 27th. Inasmuch as the settlement of hills against Mr. Westfall has the approval of all concerned, I am agreeable to closing the transaction upon the basis outlined in this correspondence.
