Dear Sirs:- & I enclose (to Mr. Clark) Form 30, Los Angeles Division Ho. 722, covering over-expenditure account of machinery installed in packing house erected at Riverside and leased to Mr. John R. Westfall, amount $389.55. This matter is fully explained in letters from Cullen and Jessup, attached to the form. I concur in Mr. Cullen's view that the Railroad should have absolute title to all the machinery f ' y. V' * 1^ L - ^A . ' | in the building, in order to avoid possibility of dispute, and recommend approval of the attached form.
