Westfall of Riverside, to cover the rental of packing house authorized under appropriation No.1101. In submitting this lease, Mr. Cullen advises that it is necessary to make same in favor of Mr. West call as the incorporation of the Riverside Bruit & Packing Company has not been perfected as yet and it is the intention of Mr. Westfall to assign the lease to that company as soon as it can be done. I recommend that same be approved and returned to me for execution by the lessee. Enel:
