Dear Sir:- Referring to your letter of July 15th, in regard to the above. This concern wants a house 60* x 125* with platform on the track side and roof extending over the platform, also roof extending over roadway on the outside. Because of the difficulty they have been hairing in Riverside on account of inferior foundations, Mr. Westfall would like this house to have a concrete base. Contractors have been consulted in regard to the cost of a house of the above dimensions and they say it can be built and equipped with machinery for $4000.00. One side of the house should be left open with screens for cooling and drying rooms. They would like to know definitely within the next ten days if we will build the house and If they can get a five years lease on the property, for which they are willing to pay &fo interest on the entire cost as rental and lease for the ground.
