Bear Sir:- Your letter February 23rd, File No.1199, crossed mine to the General Manager of February 24th, concerning rate to be charged for hauling gravel, Hoya to Las Vegas, for use in construction of company cottages. It is immaterial to me what rate is charged, - it is only a matter of accounting anyway.
