THIS AGREEMENT made in duplicate this day of ______ A.©. 1913, hy and between _______________________________of Las Vegas, Nevada, hereinafter called the builder, the party of the first part, and Las Vegas Land & Water Company, a corporation of the State of Nevada, hereinafter called the owner, the party of the second part WITNESSETH: — U That the said builder for the consideration hereinafter mentioned, agrees with the owner to perform in a faithful and work­manlike manner the following specific work, namely:-- to erect and finish a new frame and cement plaster dwelling house upon lots of Clark*s Las Vegas Townsite in the City of Las Vegas, County of Clark, State of Nevada, agreeable to the drawings and specifications made and signed by builder and approved by 1. G* Tilton, engineer of said owner, which said drawings and specifications are hereto annexed, referred to and made a part of this contractj and to perform said work to the satisfaction and under the directions of said engineer or such other person, for the time being, as the said engineer shall appoint to act for him for the purpose of this contract by some writing under his hand del­ivered to the said builder; and to provide such good and proper and sufficient materials of all kinds whatsoever, as shall be necessary for completing and finishing said building, according to said drawings and specifications# II. The said work is to be comnenced on or before the _________ day of ______ , 1913, and is to be completed and delivered free from all liens of mechanics, or others, on or before the day of ___________________________, 1913.
