Ross Clark, End Vice President, Building. Dear Sir:- Herewith I submit a supplementary Form 30 for additional work in connection with, the 40 employees1 cottages to be built at Las Tegas. In the estimate included in the Form 30 approved for the cans traction of these cottages it was not known upon which lots the cottages were to be built, therefore, no estimate was made for grading* fhe lots which have been assigned are below sidewalk grade and require some filling in between the house line and street. It will also be necessary to extend the water main through Block 26 and make service connections between water mains and cottages. Provision h«g also been made for a small woodshed for each cottage. She estimate includes an allowance for freight on material at full commercial rates between Los Angeles and Las Yegas. Yours truly, EGI-Z* 0
