Pear Sirs:- I enclose a copy of report of recent visit of Prof. Merrill and Mr. fender field to the dry farming territory in Tooele and Rush Valleys, which I thought you would be interested in reading. While the farmers there are somewhat inexperienced in this sort of work, it looks like the situation there is so that they will make a success of dry farming in that territory.
