June 6* .1905 • 139-0 • H • ?--- • Dot i--* i Auditor» Dear Sir: X have yours of Jim© 5iili relative to status of the contracts for sale of lots at Las Vegas. In the case of Oscar Lawler, Irving S, Hefzler and J. Metzler who have not yet made first payments. I would suggest that the Treasurer notify them that first payment is due and if not paid within reasonable time contracts will be cancelled. Referring to the other lots bid in by Messrs. Ben Sanders, Hector Griswold and J. M. Kennelly. Demands should also be made on these parties for first payment. Or, if they were bid in for Mr. Whittemore, I see no objections to letting them have them at the price bid at the auction. Very truly yours, -
