Ross Clark, President, Las Vegas Land & Water Co., Los Angeles, Cal. Dear Sir:- Acknowledging receipt of your letter under date of July 21st with enclosed letter of H. J. Woodard, making inquiry concerning our ranch land here at Las Vegas. After having personal interview with Woodard I might say that I do not think this inquiry means very much, as he simply had some party asking him if the ranch could he purchased, and if so the price thereon. I told him to let us have the matter in more definite manner in \?riting, and if his party meant business we would see if prices could be made for the purchase of the ranch and adjoining ground. Yours ve#y truly Vice Pres. & Agent
