Dear Sir: I have your letter of July 2nd with inclosures. I inclose an agreement for execution by Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Geo. M. Sanderson, covering purchase by him of Lots 31 &&& 32* Slock 33> Las Vegas Townsite, which new agreement is to stand in lieu of that executed on May 12, 1919» which covered the purchase of lots 3/1 and 32 only. I inclose also an agreement for execution by the Company and Katharine Mayberry covering the purchase by her of Lots 27, 28 and 2$ in Las Vegas Townsite.
